John enjoys life with his partner Rebekah and family in Montana where he keeps bees, gardens, hikes and plays hockey on an outdoor community rink. He runs a leadership coaching and training company called Whole Leaders, co-facilitates a leadership program called Breaking the Mold, Equity Leadership for White Men and serves as a trainer for the Rockwood Leadership Institute.

Patrick is an artist-activist from the South Side of Chicago. Born into a family lineage of public service and deep spiritual practice, Patrick's work honors the memories of his father and mother. As the only person of color in his family, Patrick has been navigating racial equity and diversity all his life. His professional background spans workforce development for formerly incarcerated people, Policy, Advocacy and Research, and Leadership Development. A practicing Buddhist, Patrick is a Dharma teacher and mindfulness coach. He lives in Oakland with his husband, Arthur, and enjoys gardening, storytelling and spending time in forests.

Travis Burdick spends his days being a dad, husband, Zen Buddhist, music teacher, mountain saunterer, and sketchbook-keeper in Red Lodge, Montana. He has worked with young people in a range of different contexts: schools, surf spots, mountain expeditions, domestic violence programs, summer camps, and music shows. He wants everyone to be able to be themselves wherever they are.
